alphabell does not have a customer-success team. Messages are read by long-tenured contributors and routed to the relevant cell or axis steward. Specific routing addresses are below.
General

Cell stewards are listed alongside cells at /node-cells/active. Cell-specific email addresses follow the pattern cell-id@alphabell.com — e.g. fourier-67@alphabell.com or hilbert-13@alphabell.com. Mail goes to the cell, not a specific contributor.

Safety
If you have a safety concern about something we have published or done, safety@alphabell.com. The mailbox is read by the cross-axis methodology review pool. We respond, in our experience, within a week.

What you should not send
- Unsolicited resumes for "AI engineer positions". We do not run that pipeline. See /contribute.
- Vendor pitches, marketing partnerships, or branded co-promotion proposals. We do not engage.
- Confidential information without prior arrangement. Our normal mail handling does not provide confidentiality guarantees. For sensitive matters, use the security PGP key.
What you should expect
A reply within two weeks for most threads, sometimes within a few days. The lab does not maintain a real-time response service. Cells are not paged out of focus to handle inbound. If your message is genuinely time-critical, mark it as such in the subject — we will route urgent items more aggressively, but we ask that "urgent" actually mean urgent.
