1. General disclaimer
The content of the dev.alphabell.com Site is provided for informational and research-engagement purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other professional advice. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of content on this Site without seeking advice from a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
2. Research outputs are not deployment-ready
Research outputs published on the Site — papers, tooling, methodology documents, news posts — reflect the state of the lab's research at the time of publication. They are intended for academic engagement, replication, and critique. They are not, and should not be treated as, finished engineering artefacts ready for safety-critical, mission-critical, or production-scale deployment. The lab's Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy apply in addition to this disclaimer.
3. Forward-looking statements
The Site contains forward-looking statements — about cell formations, scheduled releases, planned funding rounds, anchor decisions, partnership work, and upcoming events. Forward-looking statements involve uncertainty: cells dissolve or fission unexpectedly, releases are delayed, funding rounds close at amounts different from those anticipated, partnerships are wound down before completing their proposed term, events are postponed. The lab does not undertake to update forward-looking statements to reflect events that occur after they are made.
4. Third-party content and links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, third-party tools, third-party datasets, and third-party services. The lab does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, terms, accessibility, privacy practices, or availability. The inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement.
5. Accuracy of historical material
The lab makes good-faith efforts to keep historical material on the Site accurate. Notes on prior versions of research outputs, prior cell formations, prior anchor decisions, and prior policy documents are preserved in the news index and the publications index. Where a substantive correction is required, we add a correction note rather than silently editing prior material. The lab's correction practice is documented at /charter.
6. No representation about safety
While the lab's structural commitments include paired interpretability, pre-registered stopping conditions, and the modification-under-review protocol, no claim is made that any specific model, agent, system, or methodology described on the Site is safe for any specific deployment context. Deployment decisions are the responsibility of the deploying party.
7. No relationship
Use of the Site does not create any employment, contractor, partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and the lab. Specifically, browsing the Site, submitting a careers application, or subscribing to the newsletter does not by itself create any obligation on the lab's part to consider you for hire, to retain your application beyond the documented retention window, or to engage with you in any specific manner.
