After eight months of negotiation, alphabell has joined the External Evaluation Cooperative as a full participant. We will both submit capability checkpoints to external evaluators and contribute evaluator capacity ourselves.

The 90-day delay window has elapsed on RSI run 24-13. The report — including the safety analysis prepared with the paired interpretability cell — is now public.
Tooling release: alphabell/oversight-tools v0.4
ab-circuits, ab-trace, ab-debate, and ab-pairs now ship as a unified distribution — `alphabell-oversight` on PyPI, with a first cut of an adapter for non-alphabell substrates.
2023 annual retrospective: the lab at year seven
Looking back on alphabell's seventh year — fourteen RSI-axis runs, two pre-registered stops, the standardisation of the modification-under-review protocol, and three sovereign-research overtures declined.
