Imani is a contributor on erdos-77 working on the empirical question of cross-cell review compounding under variable load — how the lab's review pools should be staffed and rotated in periods when one axis (typically RSI) is producing more work than the others.
She has been with alphabell since 2021 and is based in Nairobi. She is one of the lab's primary contacts for the East African regional academic cluster.
