Research

Priya is a co-author on the v1 substrate release and the contributor primarily responsible for the resource-budgets machinery — the runtime that bounds an agent's compute, memory, and tool-call consumption over multi-week deployments and reports the consumption in traces an interpretability cell can read.

She has been with alphabell since 2019 and is based in the Bay Area. She works closely with Mira Holloway on the v2 substrate design, where the resource-budgets layer is being extended to handle multi-agent settings.

Priya is one of the contributors who maintains the lab's open-source distribution of the substrate. She is on the cross-axis methodology review pool.

Background

Ph.D. computer science, Stanford, 2015. Undergraduate at UC Berkeley.

Prior to alphabell: Stanford; Cardinal Lab; Helios Safety Group.
